How this works

Your data lives in your account (Supabase) and syncs wherever you log in. Each account's list is private — nobody else can see or edit it.

Status

Interested — noted, not vetted/prioritized yet.

Ready to Apply — vetted, haven't sent anything yet.

Applied — sent, waiting to hear back.

In Progress — they've responded, you're past the first stage. Good sign.

Rejected — not pursuing. Onsitestudio is pre-filled here from the original doc, but its own note flags open slots and a toolkit match, so it's worth a second look before fully closing that door.

The dropdown on each studio's row (right side, next to the channel/location) edits Status directly without opening the card.

Openings check

Each studio's card (expand it to see) has an Openings Check row from an automated site check — whether their site currently shows an internship/junior listing, a link to what was checked, and the date. Treat "Open listing found" that isn't a dated posting as worth a speculative email, not a confirmed vacancy.

Suggested workflow per studio

Confirm the contact or posting is still live.
Pick portfolio pieces to feature, using the "Why It Fits" note as a guide.
Tailor your CV and a short intro email or website application.
Send — set Status to "Applied", fill Date Applied, set Follow-up Date (~2 weeks out).
On response, set Status to "In Progress" and log it in Response Log.
A small red dot on a card means its follow-up date has arrived — that's your action list.

Some Location, Team Size and Contact fields are blank where the original notes didn't specify — confirm before applying rather than assuming.
